Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 business days via EMS

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship globally except some Asian destinations and remote areas (we’re working on expanding). International orders include customs documentation handled by us – you’ll just pay any applicable duties upon delivery.

How are vintage items packaged?

Each garment is wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in sturdy boxes – because vintage treasures deserve museum-level care. Fragile items receive additional protective layers.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We offer 15-day returns from delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Vintage is unique – if something doesn’t fit your style (or your body), we understand!

How do I initiate a return?

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a prepaid return label for U.S. customers; international returns are at your expense unless the item was damaged or incorrectly shipped.

Can I exchange a vintage item for a different size?

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage, we can’t guarantee size exchanges. We recommend returning the item (if eligible) and purchasing your preferred size separately.
